A meeting/training on the topic: “Formal and Non-Formal Education: A Path to Personal and Professional Growth” was held at the Batumi Medical Academy.
The activity was conducted by the Academy’s Inclusive Professional Education Specialist, Mzia Meladze, and students from various programs participated in it. Within the framework of the meeting, the participants worked on the topics of personal and professional development, equality, diversity and communication. Various interactive activities, group work and reflection were carried out, which contributed to the strengthening of students’ self-awareness, social skills and professional responsibility. The feedback from the participants once again showed that such activities are important for the promotion of students’ personal growth and non-formal education.
