The Batumi Medical Academy announces a competition for the selection of members of the Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board is a consultative collegial body of the Academy, which develops recommendations for the improvement of the administrative and educational processes of the Academy. The Board functions on a non-profit basis, without remuneration.

The main functions of a member of the Advisory Board are:

a) reviews and makes recommendations to the Director on the Academy’s mission, strategic development plan, development, implementation and change;

b) Discusses/develops recommendations on the implementation/involvement of particularly important projects of the Academy at the initiative of the Director.

c) Discusses/develops recommendations on the budget/management of financial resources/development of a disposal policy at the initiative of the Director.

d) On the basis of the Director’s instructions/address, exercises other powers related to the improvement of the educational process and administrative processes of the Academy.

Who can become a member of the Advisory Board:

The following can be elected as members of the Board:

● Personnel implementing the Academy’s program;

● A professional student or his/her legal representative;

● A representative of an employing organization;

● An expert in the field of education or medicine;

● A graduate of the Academy;

● A person interested in the activities of the Academy;

● Partner Member of the Academy

Note: A representative of the current administration of the Academy cannot be a member of the Board.

Application (personally or through the submission of recommenders);

Resume (CV);

Short biography;

Action plan for membership in the Board or vision for the development of the Academy.
